June 2018 Prescott Real Estate Market Review
Homes are selling faster and for more money. Watch the above video to see the numbers for our Prescott AZ area. Combined totals for Prescott, Prescott Valley and Chino Valley all showed consistent increases this month over last, with the exception of days on market which dropped to just 39 days on average from listed to sold. The average sold price in June 2018 is more than $30,000 above the average sold price in June 2017.
