Tri-City average sales price decreased by almost $6K from the June average. However, it saw a $33,000 average sold price increase compared to July of 2017.
Days on market average increased, as well as the months of inventory, slightly. MOI is at 3.09 up from 2.7 since June 2018 for the Tri-City area combined.
Prescott saw the largest increase in inventory, along with an average sold price increase of almost $48,000 over July 2017.
